We operate on a made-to-order basis, which means each product is crafted only after we receive your order. Most orders are dispatched within 7 working days and delivered within 10–15 working days to your doorstep.

Exchanges on domestic orders are applicable only under the following conditions:
  • You wish to exchange the size of the product you ordered.
  • You received a damaged or defective product.

    We use pre-washed, premium-quality fabrics, which have minimal chances of color bleeding or shrinkage.

    However, fabrics that are hand-processed (such as hand block printed or hand dyed) may bleed slightly during the first few washes. This is a natural characteristic of such fabrics and only makes them softer and more comfortable to wear over time.

    Our products are handcrafted using traditional block printing and dyeing techniques. Because of their hand-processed nature, slight color or print variations may occur—these unique details only add to their natural charm and authenticity!

    We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, but please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in electronic screens.
